Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome during all opening hours. Booking ahead (app, WhatsApp or the form) helps us plan your visit — waiting time still depends on how busy the clinic is and how urgent each case is.

What are your opening hours?

8:00 AM to 7:00 AM every day, including weekends and public holidays. We close for one hour from 7:00 to 8:00 AM.

Is there parking?

Yes — free parking bays right in front of the clinic. The entrance is step-free, with accessible parking and an accessible restroom.

How do I get a copy of my MC, receipt or lab result?

Through the Klinik NurCahaya app, or ask Hana on WhatsApp — she’ll verify your identity first.

Which languages do your doctors speak?

Bahasa Melayu and English. Dr. Mimi also speaks Mandarin.

How can I pay?

Cash, credit and debit cards (including contactless), DuitNow QR and e-wallets. Panel cards are accepted too — see our Panel page.
